It is hard to see Covid-19 as anything except a dark and cruel plague on the entire world. Thousands have been afflicted and died without family, sufficient oxygen or love. And Coronavirus has also confined millions of us to our homes in a fashion that has condemned some to pure loneliness and inaction.
But for four international creative artists: American composer Carman Moore, Danish vocalist/actor Lotte Arnsbjerg, Dutch/Danish visual artist Nanna Mallan, and Japanese choreographer/dancer Kiori Kawai : Covid-19 provided a challenge leading to their creating something rare together. Admirers of each other’s work, they decided to create virtual work together. Resorting to Zoom, these 4, normally solo masters of their respective forms, have been tuning each other in frequently and creating abstract 4-arts mixed-media works of amazing depth and vision.
